One-way ANOVA (with Tukey’s post hoc) comparison of liver uric acid (LUA) levels of experimental (FATT-treated) and control mice groups. Data are presented as mean ± SEM (n = 8); LUA levels of the negative and normal controls were compared to ensure LUA elevation before treatment; LUA levels of each of FATT-treated and negative control groups were compared to evaluate FATT’s LUA lowering effects. There was significant LUA elevation before treatment (###p < 0.001); there was significant LUA lowering in only the 200 mg/Kg FATT-treated group (*p < 0.05)
