DSC graphs of chitosan, EDTA disodium, C2 and Y1. The DSC thermograms were recorded in a Differential scanning calorimeter from 40 to 400 °C temperature range. The CH, C2 and Y1 showed an endotherm transition near 100 °C, 240 °C (C2 and Y1) and for EDTA near 243.96 °C. The CH showed exothermic transition around 311 °C and C2 and Y1 thermograms showed it at 312–314 °C
